Client Requisition

Project Description: The Single Charter project delivered interstate banking capabilities and also provided for the collapse of the multiple banking charters into a single chartered bank.

Application Description: Branch and Call Center Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Online Banking, Integrated Fraud Platform, Brokerage Customer Relationship Management, Wires Management System

Project Role: Software Engineer/Designer

Expanded Role Description:
• Designed necessary changes to EAI middleware components to accommodate for Single Charter project functionality.
• Produced EAI design documentation utilizing the Rational UML modeling tool.
• Provided knowledge transfer and coaching to development resources.
• Facilitated meetings to gather information and review documents and estimates.
• Consulted and assisted with the development of EAI middleware components.
• Conducted/supported unit testing of EAI middleware code changes.
• Supported EAI testing efforts for front-end and back-end applications.
• Supported implementation of the Single Charter EAI component changes.
