Client Requisition

Project Description: Banking internet application with unique, sophisticated, real-time account opening function for new and existing customers with branch and call center customer relationship management (CRM) system integration.

Project Role: Business Analyst/Systems Analyst

Expanded Role Description:
• Identify and document project risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
• Identify and document the business and technical requirements.
• Produce requirements documentation using Rational RequisitePro.
• Produce +/-15% estimates.
• Facilitate meetings to gather and review business and technical requirements and project estimates.
• Perform analysis and high-level design in order to produce project estimates for the design, development, testing, and implementation of middleware services/components.
• Design and document middleware services/components in Rational Rose, an UML Modeling Tool.
• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to development resources.
• Consult and assist with the development of middleware services/components.
• Support unit testing and integration testing of the middleware services/components.
• Support implementation of the middleware services/component into production.

Experience: Business Analysis using Rational RequisitePro, a requirements management tool. System Analysis and Software Engineering using UML modeling tools to design and document middleware services/components.
