Client Requisition
Project Description: Designed and developed all middleware components for new Branch, Teller, and Call Center Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The new system replaced three different front-end systems, one used by Tellers, one by Branch Customer Service Representatives, and one used by the Call Center.

Expanded Role Description: Conducted analysis to determine technical requirements and produce project estimates for the design, development, testing, and implementation of new EAI middleware components.
Designed EAI middleware components to integrate CRM with various internal and external systems.
Produced EAI design documentation utilizing Rational Rose, an UML modeling tool.
Provided knowledge transfer and coaching to software engineers and development resources.
Consulted and assisted with the development of EAI middleware components.
Supported unit testing and integration testing of the new EAI middleware components.
Supported implementation of the EAI middleware components into production.
